MECHANICS:

1. For a minimum of Php500.00 single receipt purchase at participating Toy Kingdom stores entitles a customer to redeem one (1) show ticket to Cartoon Network Spooktacular Halloween which will be held at SM Megamall on October 31, 2008.

2. Purchase must be inclusive of at least one (1) Halloween item.

3. All Disney and/or Nickelodeon items manufactured and/or distributed locally at Toy Kingdom are not included in the promo.

6. Present proof of purchase/receipt at Toy Kingdom Megamall branch to redeem the show tickets within the promo duration only.

7. One ticket admits two people

8. Show tickets are not-convertible to cash

9. Show tickets will be allowed entry to the audience area on a first-come first- served basis during the actual event on October 31, 2008 at SM Megamall Event Center.

10. Show tickets are valid for one show time only. Show time schedules on October 31, 2008:
