which is easier in terms of decor, loot bag, activities, etc? and tips please...

since its generic, both might be easy. it only becomes difficult when there's a character theme because it might not be available even in divi.

anything is possible as long as you have a reliable party shops organizers that you can work with in terms of your prefered theme party.

the loot bags for both themes would be easy to find at divisoria - and it would be cheaper too.

for decor, use balloons shaped like fish, hanging all over the place. for circus, you can use balloon shaped clowns or circus animals.
