Please rate your caterers based on the following criteria:
Cost - is it worth the price?
Packages - did they have a variety of menus to choose from? were they helpful in putting together a menu that you liked?
Food - was the food delicious? was the food served hot? did the guests enjoy the food?
Food Set-up - was the food arranged nicely on the platters at the food table? if sit-down, was the food arranged well on the plates when it was served?
Tables & Chairs - were the tables and chairs in good condition? were the tables and chairs clean? was the linens clean? did they arrange it well at the venue?
Cutlery - were the utensils clean? were there enough utensils to use?
Waiters - were they courteous and looked after the needs of your guests? were they in uniform?
Please rate as:
Excellent - beyond expectation
Good - worth the money
Not recommended - quite disappointing
