PostSubject: Please help me!   Wed Apr 08, 2009 2:57 am

My son will be celebrating his 7th birthday. I am hoping to give him a HOT WHEELS party or Disney Cars theme. my budget is around 30 to 35k will that be enough? thanks. please post your inputs / suggestions for me to save and have a fab party!

i hope this helps pero sa rustan's gateway, we saw a kit worth 299php - may 3 hot wheels cars and a free carrying case na hot wheels din. until end of april lang ata yung promo. you can use it as prizes or gifts... =)

hi cher, better get a party organizer they can work wonder on your budget!, for your prizes try divisoria lots of hotwheels or disney cars stuff to buy!

basically, that would depend kasi sa dami ng expected guests mo at sa mga gusto mong mangyari sa event mo... let's put it this way...

let say, 100 ang expected guests mo...siyempre first thing you need to consider is the venue.. kung may makukuha kang free a venue, well and good... pero kung wala, prepare at least 15k for rental fee ng venue... so, you got 15k na lang from your budget margin...

kung magpapa-cater ka, average lowest rate na makikita mo is P260++ per head... kung 100 guests ang meron ka, eh di 26k na agad ang kailangan mo...

IMO ko lang ito... if you could post here the number of guests you'll have at kung ano na ang meron ka, then i can help you with the budget kung possible or not... post mo yung greatest number of expected guests mo versus lowest budget margin mo para close tayo sa reality ;-)

question, how much is the usual rate sa mga party organizers? kasi di ba sayang, yung ise-spend mo sa pag hire ng organizer, sa party mismo mo nalang i-allot? i have nothing against party organizers ha, feeling ko nga super important sila sa wedding... but in kiddie parties kaya?

just a thought... not meant to offend organizers. peace! Razz

party organizers on kiddie parties are totally different on wedding... sa wedding, kaunting kibot, may bayad...

sa kiddie party, kung sa kanila mo rin lang naman kukunin ang majority ng items and/or services, part of freebie na nila yung i-assist ka on organizing and planning your event...

like in my case, kung 10 y/o and below ang celebrant, waived na po ang talent fee namin as planner or organizer as long nga as majority ng items and/or services ng client will be availed from us w/c is actually, almost the same rate lang naman than doing it yourself ;-)

more often than not nga, may mga talents pa na mas mahal ang rate nila pag direct client than that of thru planners....

if you hire a party planner, the likes of emie of dynamic impact, i'm sure stress free ka during the entire party, they will take care of the very details of your party, do it yourself party is ok as long as you have the nescessary people to help you out, if you are on a budget, and plan it ahead of time..

maraming party organizers around.. they should would be of help... pero better try to source the giveaways, pabitin, lootbags yourself.. good kumuha ng organizer for the host and the decors... the rest, you can do on your own.. sa experience ko kasi, 35k is not enough... host pa lang, kung magician, nasa mga 7500 na... cake mahal din....

wow, talaga kulang? kasi nasa ganung range lang sana ang budget ng husband ko... sabi ko na nga ba eh... hala, lalong maloloka yun... Razz

kaya nga i am looking for a venue with a worry free package na. magdadagdag nalang ako ng mga little amenities if ever - like additional items sa loot bags, balloons, ice cream cart (gusto ni husband Laughing ) gusto ko din sana may magician talaga. another thing i have to consider eh holiday ang bday ng daughter ko so me additional charge na sa mga pinagtatanungan ko...

agree... at first our budget is about 30k din.. pero alam ko na impossible.. kasi nga kung catered ka, youre lucky kung meron pang 250/head.... e kung 100 guests ka pa... decors pa.. syempre maganda kung festive ang dating... yung venue mo pa... and all...
