• FAMILY REGISTRANTS MUST BE ABLE TO CREATE THEIR OWN ORIGINAL HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN MODEL MADE OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS

• HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN MODEL MUST NOT EXCEED A WIDTH OF 18 INCHES AND HEIGHT OF 12 INCHES
• FAMILY REGISTRANT MUST SUBMIT TWO (2) 5R PHOTOS WITH TWO (2) POSES (ONE PHOTO OF FAMILY MAKING THE HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN MODEL AND ONE FAMILY PHOTO WITH THE FINISHED MODEL).
• HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN MODEL AND TWO (2) 5R PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED FROM OCTOBER 23 – OCTOBER 30, 2010 ONLY. JUDGEMENT AND AWARDING CEREMONY SHALL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 31, 2010 AT 2PM.
• ALL ENTRIES SHALL BE DISPLAYED ON SITE FROM OCTOBER 30 – 31, 2010.
• REPRESENTATIVES FROM MAMS KIDDIE FUNLAND AND SPONSORS SHALL SELECT THE FOLLOWING:

• ALL FAMILY REGISTRANTS SHALL RECEIVE GIFT BAGS FROM MAMS KIDDIE FUNLAND AND SPONSORS.

• BUY AT LEAST TWO (2) RIDE-ALL-YOU-CAN BRACELETS TO GET THE REGISTRATION FORM AND MECHANICS
• FILL UP THE REGISTRATION FORM
• SUBMIT THE FILLED-UP REGISTRATION FORM AT MAMS KIDDIE FUNLAND TICKET BOOTH
• SLOTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THIRTY (30) FAMILY REGISTRANTS ONLY; REGISTRANTS SHALL BE ACCOMODATED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
