We celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday there last November 2010. We only had a few days to prepare. It's an afterthought/additional celebration party so we deemed it best to have a short, fun one. We got the then new Mickey Mouse Playhouse theme. Yes, it was fun alright!
Cost - worth it. you can customize the food selection.
Alloted Party Time - only 1 1/2 hours alloted. could have been better if at least 2 hours. but the party turned out to be action-filled!
Toilets - next to the function room but shared with other guests. our party time in the afternoon meant not too many other guests in the restaurant.
Cleanliness - clean enough. fast before and after cleaning.
Security - just the one at the front door.
Parking - there was enough parking, theoretically. however, even with only a few customers, the parking was full. i guess, neighboring establishments use the parking.
Staff Courtesy - staff were accessible.
Facilities & Amenities - all working. they even accommodated my request to put additional banderitas before the event.
The only not so good thing is the way the staff conducted our reservation, not too professional enough: other things done even while we were discussing.
Rating: 4 out of 5 - good, bordering on very good
