Cost - is it worth the price?
Packages - were they able to provide you with the party items you required? were they open to creating a package specifically to your needs?
Availability - were they easily available when you had queries? were they available to meet up with you to discuss your requirements?
Party Supplies - were the items booked with the party planner as you expected? were they of good quality?
Delivery - were they able to deliver all the items that you booked with them on-time?
Please rate as:
Excellent - beyond expectation
Good - worth the money
Not recommended - quite disappointing
