Event Program / Chocolate Fountain / Floating Balloons & Stage?

Hi, I'm Jhoana, my son's turns 7 on January 15,2011, though a bit too far from the event itself, pinaplano ko na ang lahat to make it possible & remarkable.

We are planning to do it at Max's Restaurant, either Greenbelt or Jupiter Makati. Nkausap ko na yung Supervisor sa Max's, nakapag pa quote na rin ako ng cakes, photographer & yung gagawa ng centerpiece & invitations.

To save more money, Me together with my Friends na lang ang mag-aaus ng venue, my son wants a NARUTO THEME, since na kami ang mag-aaus ng venue, problema ko kung pano iseset-up ang stage & floating balloons.

Saka saan kaya pwede bumili ng Chocolate Fountain & ano ang chocolate na ginagamit para dito?

Nakapagcanvass na rin ako ng Host & Magician, program of event na lang ang aausin ko? (any one who could help me?)

i have to be honest here, i know nothing about naruto. that's what happens when you have a daughter :-) its all barbie, kitty and the like.

i did check out naruto.com to see what it's all about. and from what i understand its a japanese anime and its all about ninja's right?

for the decor, are you providing the balloons? you should check with party suppliers if they have naruto balloons. i found some on ebay.ph, just search on it. i think there are naruto mylar balloons for P20 each. that gives a nice effect. for the ordinary balloon, maybe you can use bright colors like orange, red, blue...naruto colors.

for the chocolate fountain, unless you are going to use the fountain a lot in the future, might be better to just get a chocolate fountain supplier. check out the supplier's directory, there are some listed there.

and for the program, what i usually see at kiddie parties run like this:

games
eating time
slide show presentation
puppet show / magic show
cake blowing
giveaways

Akala ko wala ng magrerelpy saken, hehe...

Anyway, yes NARUTO was a japanese anime series... Actually nung una ayoko sana ng THEME na yon, kaya lang wala akong magawa kasi my son really likes it.

So,first thing na ginawa ko is to do an excel file of guests lists.

Tapos last month halos everyday akong naghahanap sa multiply ng various party suppliers na makakatulong saken.

I also check out every forum regarding kiddie party para ma-update ako sa mga party needs ko.

Then gumawa ako ng list ng PARTY COMMITTEE na makakatulong saken, syempre sila ang aking mga helpful & gorgeous friends na willing na i-organize yung party.

I contacted & emailed all Party Suppliers sa Multiply.
And after one and half month, nahanap ko na sila...

Invitations Shaker Type - Check
Naruto Cakes - Check
Photo Coverage - Check
Host / Magician / Puppeteer - Check
Venue - Check
Floating Balloons / Cake Arch Supplier - Check

I decided to do it either Max's Greenbelt or Jupiter.

Last week me and my Party Committee had a meeting, I am so blessed to have them as my friends, ang daming ideas na nabuo, and we really excited to do the giveaways, party hats, stub, stage backdrop etc...

Hopefully by July, makapagbigay na ako ng DP sa mga suppliers na nacontact ko.

Regarding the chocolate fountain, we found one at SM Kitchen Ware, and yes magagamit namin siya ng madalas.

Since naruto is a Japanese Cartoon Character, the party theme would be like a COSPLAY / MANGA party.

I am so excited. Hopefully maging successful. I have almost 6 months pa to prepare everything...Hoooo...

good luck again on your party! also, in case you need some naruto/anime giveaways or prizes, i think i saw some at the SM kid's accessories section. this is not a the toys area but at the socks and other accessories area. some items like keychains, figurines, etc.
