VENUE

Cost
* is it within your budget?
* will the payment schedule fit your finances?
* is the place really worth it for the cost?

Location
* is the place accessible to all your guests?
* is public transportation easily accessible for guests without cars?

Party Time
* are they flexible with the time?
* is there enough time for set-up, ingress and egress?

Toilets
* are there enough toilets for guests to use?
* is it easily accessible?
* is it well-maintained?

Cleanliness
* is the venue well-maintained (floors, doors, windows, etc), and not looking old?
* does the venue smell clean?

Security
* are there available security guards during your event?

Parking
* is there ample parking space?
* is it a safe area for parking?

Staff Courtesy
* on your initial inquiries, are the staff always available to answer you?
* will there be enough staff available on the day of the event?

Facilities & Amenities
* are all lighting fixtures working?
* are the airconditioners working?
* if its not airconditioned, are there electric fans available?
